Medication Refills

To order a prescription refill you can call your local or mail-away pharmacy to initiate. They will send us the request electronically to process and we will call you if we have any questions.

It is best to give 3-5 days notice for all refills.

If you are on a monthly written medication, all requests must be left on our prescription voicemail by calling 413-243-0122.

Patient Portal

As of Feb 1, 2020 we have a new electronic health record and you will have to call to receive an invitation to join the new portal. You can access your health records at any time, request prescription refills and message the office for appointments and non-urgent items. If you are not signed up, call the office to receive your e-vite.

If you are already signed up, here is the link:

Types of Visits

Physicals/Wellness Exams:

For Physicals and Medicare Wellness exams please allow 3 months notice for booking these exams. Most insurances only allow one per year. Not all plans recognize the “free visit” rule and if you discuss items that are not part of the routine exam, a copay may apply. Your insurance carrier is the one to determine this at the time we submit billing. A bill will be sent to you if any money is due.

Sick Visits:

For patients not feeling well, you may be asked questions by the receptionist or triage nurse to determine timing for an appointment. Depending on your symptoms, we try to get patients to be seen the same day with urgent symptoms, 24-48 hours for less urgent symptoms. Copays are due at time of service.

Insurance

We accept a variety of insurances. If you are uninsured, please contact the Advocacy for Access program in Pittsfield at 413-445-9480 or Great Barrington at 413-528-5045.
